haircolor - Character hair color handling

View and set the hair color for ones character in the game. The choices available are particular to ones character's race.

Syntax
Command	Description
`haircolor`	View the hair color and options set for ones character.
`haircolor` [color]	Set the hair color for ones character.
`haircolor` races	View possible hair colors for each race.
`haircolor` all	View all possible hair colors.

> haircolor
Hair color is currently set to "black".
You can set it to one of these:  black, brown, or red.
> haircolor red
Hair color set to red.
