Manage the game's news system.

Group can be 'all'
In order to clear the '[NEW!]' markers, you need to display the full news for that group (-f option)

Syntax
Command	Description
`news`	List all news groups available to you.
`news` <group>	List news headers for specified group.
`news` -f <group>	Display full news for specified group.
`news` -u <group>	Unsubscribe from a news group. Some groups you cannot unsubscribe from.
`news` -a <group>	Add a message to news group. This is available only to coders.
`news` -d <group> <id>	Delete the specified message id from new group. Use news -f to get message id. This is available only to coders.
