ask - Ask a question to someone in the same room as you.

Description

Ask enables sending a question to someone else in the room, including both players and non-player characters.

Syntax

Command	Description
ask <who> <topic>	Question a player or NPC about a topic.
ask <who> about <topic>	Question a player or NPC about a topic.
