Description

Recite a scroll and invoke its purpose. The scroll has to be in inventory to be able to recite it.

Syntax

recite scroll	Read and invoke a scroll's purpose in inventory.
recite scroll [at target]	Read and invoke a scroll's purpose in inventory with [target] as the intended recipient of this action.
